existing services.
• The furniture will be shown in plan view, so you can appreciate how the room will flow
and how the space will be used.
• Coupled with an itemised quote, this should give you enough information to assess
if you would like to progress your project further.
In order to draw the layout, we need to have accurate dimensions (including floor to ceiling height) and a rough idea of the position of existing or intended services. If you would like us to do so, we can carry out a site survey. This is chargeable according to the area in which you live, and will be refunded upon order (see zoned map, left).
Our next step will be to work with you by visiting the site, establishing your style and developing accurate elevation drawings, a services schedule and visuals. Not only is this intended to excite you and make you feel sure you are decided on your finished spec, it is a vital tool for architects, builders and installers.
If you have secured a production slot and paid your deposit, of course this stage is completely free of charge. However, if you wish to use our skills to create your space, but have not yet taken the plunge and designated a supplier or fitting date, this service can be undertaken for a charge of £250 upwards which, we hope you will agree, is a very reasonable charge for the time that will be dedicated to you.
